Our Bulk Filing Cabinets are the perfect solution for storing and organizing large volumes of documents. Whether you need storage for inactive files or active filing, our wide range of units can accommodate your needs.

Constructed from high-grade steel, our Bulk Filers are built to last. Each unit is powder coated to ensure protection against rust, making it a durable and reliable option for your filing needs. The sealed loaded bearings provide smooth operation and trouble-free maintenance, allowing for easy access to your documents.

The standard colors of our Bulk Filers are motor craft grey and ivory. However, we also offer the option to customize your units with a variety of melamine finishes or vinyl printed decals upon request. This allows you to match your filing cabinets to your existing office décor or branding.

Our Bulk Filer units come in various configurations to suit your specific requirements. The A4 Container Storage option features 7 shelves per bay, creating eight openings, with each shelf housing 10 x A4 containers. This means a total of 80 containers can be stored per bay.

If you prefer pull-out drawers for your filing needs, our Bulk Filer Pull-Out Drawers option offers 5 drawers per bay, with 3 rows of A4 containers per drawer. This allows for 9 containers per drawer and a total of 45 A4 containers per bay. Up to three shelves can be fitted to hold even more documents.

For lever arch storage, our Bulk Filer Lever Arch Storage option provides 5 shelves per bay, creating six openings. Each shelf can house 12 standard-size lever arch files, resulting in a total capacity of 72 lever arch files per bay. This is equivalent to a 4 Drawer Combination Cabinet fitted with Files Support Racks.

If your filing system requires lateral filing, our Bulk Filer Lateral Filing option offers 7 shelves per bay, creating eight openings. Each shelf provides 1.1 filing meters of space and is recommended for use with Wire Rack Support. A minimum bay depth of 400mm is required for this configuration.

Lastly, our Bulk Filer Archive Box Storage option features 6 shelves, creating seven openings. Each shelf can accommodate 2 off-site storage boxes, allowing for a total of 14 off-site storage boxes per bay.
