3. Responsibility and Liability

3.1. Office Stock takes the utmost care to ensure the safe packaging and handling of your orders before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

3.2. Once your order has left our warehouse and is in the possession of the courier company, Office Stock shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of the goods during transit.

3.3. The courier company engaged by Office Stock to deliver your order is responsible for the safe transportation of your goods. It is important to note that the courier company is liable for any damages or losses incurred during the transit of your order.

3.4. The courier company is required to have insurance in place to cover goods in transit. In the event that your goods are damaged during transit, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly to initiate a claim under their insurance policy.

4. Delivery Address

4.1. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided during the order placement process is accurate and complete.

4.2. Office Stock will not be held liable for any incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, which may result in the misdirection or delay of the order.

5.1. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the status and location of your delivery.

5.2. While we strive to provide accurate tracking information, please be aware that tracking details may not always be immediately available or entirely up-to-date.

6. Delivery Restrictions

6.1. Office Stock currently only offers delivery services within the Republic of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
