Warranty Coverage
We offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty on our office chairs, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers:
- Faulty workmanship
- Defective components, including mechanisms, casters, and frames
- Gas cylinders for height adjustment, warranted for 2 years
This warranty excludes:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
Conditions of Use
"Normal use" is defined as up to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Chairs used beyond this capacity may experience accelerated wear and are not covered under the warranty for damages related to overuse.
Warranty Validation
To validate your warranty, retain the proof of purchase and ensure the warranty card attached to the underside of the chair remains intact. This card contains vital information such as the model number, date of manufacture, and order number. Removal of this card voids the warranty.
Fabric Warranty
The fabric used on our chairs is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover fading, staining, or damage caused by sharp objects or improper cleaning methods.
After-Sales Service
We are dedicated to supporting our customers and stand by our products throughout the warranty period. If your chair requires repair under the warranty, contact our customer service team for assistance. Depending on the issue, repairs may be conducted on-site or the chair may need to be returned to our facility. We strive to complete all warranty repairs promptly and efficiently.
