Delivery Policy
1. Shipping and Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the size, weight, and destination of the order.
2. Delivery Confirmation
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and accessible during normal business hours.
3. Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery times. OfficeStock is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- OfficeStock cannot be held liable for any damages or delays in delivery once goods have left our warehouse and are in the hands of third-party transporters or couriers. Our liability ends when the third-party transporter or courier receives the goods.
Refund Policy
1. General Policy
- At OfficeStock, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Instead, we provide store credit for eligible returns, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA).
2. Eligibility for Store Credit
- To be eligible for store credit, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. Non-Eligible Items
- Certain items are not eligible for return or store credit, including:
- Perishable goods
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
4. How to Return Items
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@officestock.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
5. Store Credit Issuance
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If approved, a store credit will be issued to your account within 7 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@officestock.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and issue a store credit or replacement at no additional cost to you.
