1. Available payment methods
Methods shown at checkout or on an accepted quotation are the current available options. They may include card, secure online transfer, EFT, approved business credit or purchase order arrangements. Availability can depend on order value, customer type and verification.
2. Card and payment-gateway security
Card details are entered into the authorised payment provider’s secure interface. Office Stock receives a payment result and transaction reference, not the complete card number or security code. Connections use HTTPS encryption and payment providers are expected to apply the security standards relevant to their services.
Office Stock will never ask you to send a complete card number, PIN or one-time password by email, chat or WhatsApp.
3. EFT and bank-detail fraud prevention
- Use bank details shown on an official Office Stock quotation or invoice.
- Independently verify any bank-detail change using +27 10 412 0170.
- Do not rely on a reply-to address or telephone number contained only in a suspicious message.
- Orders paid by EFT are processed after funds are confirmed.
Contact your bank and Office Stock immediately if a payment may have been redirected by fraud. Speed is important, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.
4. Customer account security
Use a unique password, protect access to your email account, sign out on shared devices and notify us of suspicious activity. We may pause an order or request verification where a transaction presents an unusual risk.
5. Failed, duplicate or disputed payments
A failed payment does not create a completed order. If your bank shows a pending or duplicate amount, send the transaction reference and order number to accounts@officestock.co.za. Do not email full card details or passwords.
