1. Our commitment
Office Stock wants customers with different abilities, devices and assistive technologies to browse products, request help and complete purchases. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our practical design and testing target while continuously improving the storefront.
2. Measures included in the storefront
- semantic headings, landmarks and crawlable links;
- keyboard-operable navigation, search, carousel and form controls;
- visible focus indicators and reduced-motion support;
- text alternatives for meaningful images where available;
- responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens; and
- clear error, loading and status messaging in core journeys.
3. Known limitations
Some supplier images, product documents, embedded third-party payment tools or older merchant-authored content may not yet meet the same standard. Product data is supplied by multiple manufacturers, and missing image descriptions or inaccessible PDFs are corrected as they are identified.
